Sustainable Workplace Jr. Project Manager Summer Intern
Sustainable Workplaces is charging ahead with a new mission! As part of our exciting program, you'll gain first-hand experience working closely with leadership to support the full life-cycle of facility services beginning with site selection, followed by design and construction of manufacturing and office facilities.
This opportunity includes our Projects Team which would allow you to apply your knowledge to design and execute Construction Projects. You'll develop an understanding of our Project Management Process including Bid & Award Process/Change Control Process contracting Design Build Contractors for construction projects in large automotive manufacturing and non-manufacturing facilities working closely with all partners. Additional DescriptionQualifications
Pursuit of a Bachelor's degree in one of the following areas: Engineering or Construction Management
Must be graduating between December 2023 and May 2026
Able to work fulltime, 40 hours per week

Able to work independently and with a team
Outstanding interpersonal and relationship management skills with the ability to effectively collaborate with varying levels of the organization as needed
Excellent oral and written communication skills with the ability to distill sophisticated subjects to a wider audience
Emerging partnership and teamwork skills and ability to learn from and share knowledge with co-workers in a fast-paced environment
High level of integrity, ability to deal with ambiguity, take initiative/self-directed
Evidence of strong character with integrity, honesty, accountability and trust
Consistently demonstrates innovative thinking and problem-solving skills that is customer-centric
The start date for these Internship roles are for May & June of 2023 Spring/Summer Internship
