Job DescriptionAdministrative Assistant Project Purchasing Electrification North America Support the Project Purchasing Organization within North America in the ramp- up of various new projects in both the US & Mexico. Reports to the Director of Project Purchasing EL North America. Responsible for: - Creation of presentation materials - Tracking of key departmental metrics - Organizing and preparation of workshops - Assisting in the RFQ process using company software - Follow-up of deliverables for the Project managers. - Travel and Expense Reporting
Qualifications2 year associates degree or 3+ years experience as professional / executive assistant Must be able to work with professional from many different countries and levels within the organization. Proficient using various MS Office software most specifically Powerpoint & Excel Must present themselves in a professional manner, be reliable, detail oriented and well organized SAP knowledge a plus Spanish and/or German language skills a plus
