  • Leverage multiple data sources such as customer research, analytics, and insights to establish and support D2C aftersales experiences effectively both within service operations and the customer support function
  • Partner with technical, product teams and marketing to properly position and present the commercial offerings within each market
  • Work across the organization to deliver transparent and simple service components that are customer obsessed and profitable
  • Continuously analyze market conditions to ensure competitive positioning of service offers and identify new opportunities
  • Synthesize customer feedback to quickly adapt services and packages to meet customer demand
  • Support ad hoc requests that drive business results, customer satisfaction and/or global alignment
  • Develop supporting documentation to educate partners and customers of current and new service offerings
  • Guide issues and uncertainties through data analysis and decision making
  • Keep abreast of current consumer trends, competitive activity, and technology advancements
  • Analyze consumer and market data, from multiple data sources, to support critical strategic decisions within the Customer Care and Aftersales function
  • Establish or enhance business processes to better enable the team to move quickly and most effectively
  • Support team with ad hoc requests that drive business results, customer satisfaction and/or global alignment

    Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree required
  • Consumer data experience
  • Data analytics experience
  • Knowledge of D2C business model
  • Capacity to consolidate multiple sources of disparate information into easy-to-understand views for leadership
  • Ability to translate global and regional trends and insights into meaningful product attributes
  • Propensity to influence and implement ideas cross functionally with appropriate level of regionalization
  • Preferred Skills:

  • Customer Focus – ability to gather customer insights and prioritize product features or processes appropriately
  • Cross functional collaboration skills and the ability to handle ambiguity
  • Organizational and learning agility
  • Business and technical acumen
  • Prior Experience in working in analytical or commercial environment
