Key Job Elements:

The primary role of the Aftersales Catalog Data Technical Analyst (Service Part Information - SPI) is to author catalog application data for Global Parts Cataloging system, ACDELCO& eCommerce data catalog, support parts change management, support Parts Readiness & Supply Chain and generate BI reports.

  • Analyze Parts Readiness issues and support on solutions for program launches

  • Promote discussion with Supply Chain in order to improve data flow to communicate parts changes to warehouse/procurement systems.

  • Update team database to analyze new adds and changes in Master Parts List

  • Determine where the parts and usages will be displayed in the catalog in order to allow the dealers to search the correct parts easily

  • Input catalog data in the global system ERAPA-I

  • Support development of the eCommerce & ACDELCO Data Catalog

  • Process changes in the catalog authored by the responsible engineers

  • Respond to dealers' questions received by Parts Literature Call Center

  • Generate reports for pending tasks

    Additional Description

    Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronic or Production Engineering.

  • Very good knowledge of automotive systems

  • English Advanced (writing & speaking)

  • Very good written and oral communication and presentation skills in Portuguese and English

  • Technical drawing experience

  • Advanced skills in MS Office software (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and Power BI (will be a plus)

  • Ability to have keep the standards and to set new standards to improve dealer's experience – Innovation

  • Strong ability to work under pressure and tight deadlines

  • High sense of urgency and customer focus

  • Strong Interpersonal skills
