Key Job Elements:
The primary role of the Aftersales Catalog Data Technical Analyst (Service Part Information - SPI) is to author catalog application data for Global Parts Cataloging system, ACDELCO& eCommerce data catalog, support parts change management, support Parts Readiness & Supply Chain and generate BI reports.
Analyze Parts Readiness issues and support on solutions for program launches
Promote discussion with Supply Chain in order to improve data flow to communicate parts changes to warehouse/procurement systems.
Update team database to analyze new adds and changes in Master Parts List
Determine where the parts and usages will be displayed in the catalog in order to allow the dealers to search the correct parts easily
Input catalog data in the global system ERAPA-I
Support development of the eCommerce & ACDELCO Data Catalog
Process changes in the catalog authored by the responsible engineers
Respond to dealers' questions received by Parts Literature Call Center
Generate reports for pending tasks

Additional DescriptionRequired Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronic or Production Engineering.
Very good knowledge of automotive systems
English Advanced (writing & speaking)
Very good written and oral communication and presentation skills in Portuguese and English
Technical drawing experience
Advanced skills in MS Office software (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and Power BI (will be a plus)
Ability to have keep the standards and to set new standards to improve dealer's experience – Innovation
Strong ability to work under pressure and tight deadlines
High sense of urgency and customer focus
Strong Interpersonal skills
