CCA's Service Operations (Customer Care and Aftersales) is the organization responsible for supporting GM's global dealer network with tools and equipment, technician training and warranty administration. In addition, this organization is responsible for helping to identify product quality concerns.
As an Aftersales Product Marketing Analyst in General Motors, your main responsabilities/challengues of the rol will be support Aftersales Product Marketing Team on:
Manage the development & expansion of the ACDelco product portfolio.
Define price positioning for both, GM Genuine & ACDelco product lines to ensure its competitiveness in the aftermarket against competitors.
Balance competitiveness and expected financial results (P&L targets).
Define and Implement a Price Plan for each market.
Improve relationship with key areas (Commercial, Finance, Purchase, etc.) to better align internal processes and gain speed.
Requirements:
Education Required: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field of study. (required)
Education Desired: MBA or Post Grade in Marketing
Experience Required: 1-2 years work experience in similar positions.
Experience Desired:
- Previous experience on aftersales automotive segment
- Knowledge of car parc (brands, models, etc. for Andean Countries)
- Finance background
- Knowledge of aftermarket segment (parts suppliers, parts brands, parts distribution channel, etc.)
- Price Build Up concept / P&L knowledge
Office: Intermediate Level, specifically Excel (required)
Knowledge of Power BI and database management will be valued.
English: Advanced Level (required)
Availability to work hybrid at the office located at Lima, Perú. (required)
