Job Description
We are looking for AI Developer with Python to join our growing Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning Competency Center located in Katowice. The Team designs and develops AI solutions, like trend analysis, outliers detection, forecasting, and chatbots for internal customers. Key Responsibilities:
Daily collaboration with business representatives to understand requirements (English and Polish language).
Develops Python-based AI solutions, code productization, solution maintenance.
Work closely with Architect, Data Scientists, ML engineers, and Junior Python Developers.
Integration with REST APIs and other systems, including Azure Cloud services.
Engage in Agile methodologies, particularly SCRUM.
Work in Git.
Conduct demos for business representatives to showcase AI solutions.
Requirements:
MUST HAVE: Proven mid/senior-level proficiency in Python programming.
MUST HAVE: Strong knowledge of REST API integration and ability to work with other systems and solutions.
Proficiency in Git and experience working in SCRUM environments.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to understand complex business requirements.
Minimum B2 level of English proficiency; Polish proficiency at a communicative level.
Quick learner with a passion for innovation and openness to new technologies.
Experience with Cloud services (Azure Cloud, etc.).
Knowledge of Python libraries such as pandas, numpy, langchain, fastAPI, scikit-learn to develop AI solutions.
Nice to Have:
Experience with SQL and non-relational databases (MongoDB).
Familiarity with Jira and Microsoft Power Platform suite.
Customer-oriented mindset with experience in client-facing roles.
Experience in developing Large Language Models (LLMs).
Kubernetes.
CI/CD.
Knowledge of end-to-end solution architecture.
