A pessoa que ocupa a função deve ter uma compreensão completa dos princípios e conceitos básicos relacionados aos serviços de pessoas.

Entre suas principais funções estarão :
  • Atendimento presencial aos empregados e solicitações de áreas internas para dúvidas e solicitações relativas a Recursos Humanos;
  • Input e conferência de dados em sistemas de Recursos Humanos;
  • Atualização da base de conhecimento
  • Atingir métricas estabelecidas globalmente - quantitativa e qualitativamente;
  • Identificar oportunidades nos processos e fluxos e buscar continuamente a melhoria contínua da operação.

    Conhecimentos / Qualificações

  • Ensino superior completo
  • Experiência anterior em atendimento ao empregado ou ambiente de manufatura
  • Desejável inglês intermediário e espanhol
  • Proficiência no pacote Office, com Excel mínimo intermediário
  • Conhecimentos gerais em processos de RH
  • Disponibilidade para trabalhar presencialmente (Sao Caetano do Sul, SP)
  • Flexibilidade para trabalhar em escala alternativa de horários
