Asegurar la implementación impecable de nuevos materiales en la línea de producción para nuevos modelos (lanzamientos) y modelos de producción actual; coordinando los procesos de emisión, compra y desarrollo de partes locales e importadas, asegurando suministro, consumos y pagos, minimizando los inventarios y el material obsoleto, optimizando los tiempos de ejecución y eficiencia del proceso de cambios de materiales y proveedores que permitan cumplir con las variaciones en las especificaciones y mejoras del producto.
Principales responsabilidades:
•Seguimiento de ECR's en EDGE desde excecute hasta su implementación con Punto de Corte, definir VIN y cerrar ECR cumpliendo los tiempos de implementación.
•Seguimiento de GM3660, PSW, contenerización, OC
•Parametrizar la parte en MGO y asegurar programación en MGO / COVISINT
•Liderar PTR's con proveedor y todas las áreas de GM involucradas.
•Definir, notificar y ejecutar el punto de corte
•Asegurar el abastecimiento de la parte nueva sin dejar obsoletos.
•Para Lanzamientos, gestionar la cadena de suministro para la entrega de todas las partes nuevas cumpliendo las fechas de MRD (Material Required Date) para cada una de las etapas de lanzamiento: PPV, MVBns, MVBS y SORP.
•Asegurar correctos consumos en MGO y SAP
•Participar activamente en reuniones de Localización, Lanzamientos (LTM, PQRR), Technical Review, KSM, CAB/EIT
•Liderar reuniones de Comité PTR y Puntos de Corte
•Asegurar la duplicación de partes por cambios de año modelo
Additional DescriptionRequisitos:
Título de 3er nivel: Ingeniero Industrial, Mecánico o afines.
Inglés avanzado, Excel avanzado,
Deseable manejo de Power BI, MGO y SAP
Experiencia:
2 años en Logística, Producción/Calidad, Supply Chain, Ingeniería, PPM o afines.
