  • Trabalhar como PMO para gestão dos projetos diversos que a área coordena

  • Responsável por garantir que todos os resultados de negócios são identificados e contabilizados no plano do projeto com responsáveis e datas devidas.

  • Fazer a interface entre nossa área e os times clientes das outras áreas da GM

  • Garantir o followup das atividades das equipes

  • Mensurar os benefícios dos projetos entregues

  • Calcular os benefícios de potenciais projetos

  • Garantir o alinhamento com o time global para seguir suas diretrizes

  • Provocar as equipes a trazer novos projetos

  • Capturar projetos que estão sendo implementados globalmente e se tem oportunidade de serem aplicados na América do Sul

  • Capturar projetos que foram feitos para um país da América do Sul e podem ser replicados em outros países da nossa região

  • Acompanhar o time de especialistas para garantir que os projetos estejam sendo executados conforme expectativa

  • Trabalhar como PMO para gestão dos projetos diversos que a área coordena

  • Organizar todas as demandas recebidas na área

  • Fornecer orientação e apoio durante a execução de atividades de gerenciamento de mudança

  • Gerenciar a identificação, documentação e rastreabilidade de requisitos de negócios

  • Investigar e documentar processos de negócios complexos

  • Preparar apresentações para vários níveis de liderança

  • Superior completo em qualquer segmento

  • Experiência com metodologias de gestão de projetos PMbook, Agile, etc.

  • Inglês avançado (mandatório)

  • Espanhol Intermediário (desejável)
