The Performance Driven Marketing (PDM) organization has an opening for a Analyst, Advanced Media Analytics on the Media Investment Optimization (MIO) team. This individual possesses understanding of marketing analytics, measurement, and strategic insight. They work cross-functionally and collaboratively providing media spend and attribution insights into the vehicle brand and enterprise business marketing teams at both the Tier 1 and Tier 2 levels.

  • Deliver media mix model (MMM) insights for the brand, helping them tie back media touches to both online and offline conversions
  • Manage project plans, timelines, ad-hoc requests, and the daily implementation of the MIO program as part of the broader MIO Team
  • Partner with agency teams to ensure data quality and accuracy
  • Become an expert in the MIO MMM/Unified SaaS tool
  • Help the GM brand teams understand MIO data and metrics and how it relates to business objectives
  • Translate MIO findings into stories to make complex things simple to understand and translate into measurable actions
  • Additional Description
  • 4+ years' experience in marketing analytics, strategy, marketing consulting, etc. (client-side experience a plus)
  • Experience using MMM models for media budget allocation and optimization
  • Experience in the advertising or marketing tech industry, a digital marketing agency, or market research company within the automotive industry
  • A highly effective cross functional communicator in both written and verbal skill
  • Experience with data analytics and/or statistical concepts
  • Ability and willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field
  • Technical Skills

  • Direct experience using an MMM tool with companies like Neustar, Ipsos MMA, Analytic Partners, etc.
  • Experience utilizing other analytical software tools
  • Experience with PowerPoint, Excel, and Power BI a plus
  • Compensation:

  • The expected base compensation for this role is: ($69,408 - $114,245). Actual base compensation within the identified range will vary based on factors relevant to the position.
  • Bonus Potential: An incentive pay program offers payouts based on company performance, job level, and individual performance.
