Position Overview: As an Analyst in the Global Supply & Production Planning team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the efficient and effective management of the supply chain and supply planning processes for our organization. This role is critical to ensuring that our products are manufactured in alignment with customer demand and are readily available for distribution. The Global Supply & Production Planner will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop strategic plans and execute supply chain strategies that drive operational excellence. You will be responsible for analyzing data, monitoring inventory levels, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to optimize production schedules to meet customer demand. This role is vital in ensuring the seamless flow of products from manufacturing to delivery.

What You Will Do:

  • Analyze historical and current data related to production, inventory levels, and demand forecasts. Identify trends, patterns, and discrepancies to make data-driven recommendations.
  • Assist in developing production plans and schedules to meet demand while optimizing resource utilization.
  • Release Purchase Orders and collaborate with production teams to ensure the timely execution of production orders. Monitor production progress and make adjustments as needed to address any deviations from the plan.
  • Set direction for global supply priorities and communicate to Manufacturing Planning for schedule adjustments.
  • Monitor Factory KPI performance including Order Confirmation Speed, Order Confirmation Performance, Factory Schedule Adherence, Factory Completion Performance, and Factory Delivery Performance.
  • Work closely with manufacturing operations, logistics, and quality assurance teams to ensure the smooth flow of materials and products through the supply chain.
  • Coordinate with various stakeholders to address production constraints and resolve any issues that may impact supply. Inform stakeholders in region of any potential supply risks.
  • Support NPI Programs with scheduling, global allocations, and monitoring production readiness for PO placement
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement within the supply and production planning function. Implement best practices and recommend system enhancements to increase efficiency and accuracy.
  • Prepare regular reports on production and inventory performance, highlighting key metrics and areas for improvement. Maintain accurate documentation related to production plans, inventory records, and supply chain processes
  • Maintain master data in Oracle EBS and maintain planning parameters for supply planning
  • To Be Successful You Will Have:

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management or related field, or equivalent work experience showcasing a robust understanding of Supply Chain Management
  • 3-5 years of experience in supply chain management and/or supply planning.
  • Professional certifications such as APICS or similar are a plus.
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis tools and software
  • Problem-solving mindset with a proactive approach to addressing challenges
  • Ability to work cross-functionally and across global teams to achieve goals.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, required for interacting at various levels within the organization, and to present complex information clearly and concisely
  • Demonstrated ability to multitask and assign effective priorities to tasks
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to work independently.
  • Advanced skills in Excel, with skills in PowerPoint, Word. Working knowledge of Oracle ERP systems. Anaplan experience is a plus.
