Como Asistente Administrativo en General Motors, el principal desafío del rol será dar soporte a los líderes de la organización.
Dentro del rol, las principales responsabilidades serán:
Manejo de agenda
Organización de eventos/reuniones
Organización de viajes locales e internacionales (pasajes, hospedajes, cronograma de actividades)
Seguimiento de presupuesto del área
Gestión de trámites
Gestión documental
Brindar soporte en tareas administrativas
Competencias deseables:
Autonomía
Adaptación al cambio
Resolución de conflictos
Manejo de datos confidenciales
Requisitos:
Formación: Estudiantes avanzados y/o graduados en Relaciones Gubernamentales, Ciencias Políticas, Traductorado público, Administración de Empresas, o carreras afines.
Experiencia: Contar con experiencia en posiciones similares.
Inglés: Nivel Intermedio (excluyente).
Paquete Office: Nivel Intermedio (excluyente).
Manejo de SAP (deseable).
Disponibilidad para trabajar de forma híbrida en nuestras oficinas ubicadas en Vicente López, Buenos Aires, Argentina.
