Description

Hybrid - Position does not require an employee to be on-site full-time but the general expectation is that the employee be onsite an average of 2 times a week.

About the Role:

Primary purpose of this position is to drive incremental revenue through

ideas by working closely with subscription sales leaders and improve KPI performance. Share best practices across global regions and be the point of contact between global teams and technical teams for any product updates to increase collaboration and sales. Support leadership operating reviews content with revenue, sales & KPI performance. Expected result: Better KPI performance resulting in higher revenue. Global product catalog enhancements completed on time. Track & report performance metrics on time.

Drive Incremental Revenue:

  • Drive incremental revenue by collaborating with sales leaders
  • Collaborate with the teams to identify ideas, quantify the value of each idea, and provide leadership update on revenue
  • Identify ideas and finalize content for bi-weekly presentations
  • Take lead in projects to help teams drive results and close the revenue gap
  • Global Product:

  • Be a liaison between global markets/business teams and technical teams
  • Capture requirement in a feature, participate in technical sessions and prioritize for execution that will help global teams drive higher sales
  • Provide updates to business teams on execution date and follow proper escalation channels if required
  • Global Performance Governance:

  • Work with global teams and update global performance monthly for both retail & commercial
  • Analyze trends and summarize key wins for each region, to help provide recommendations to increase performance for all regions
  • Reach out to respective business owner to understand the root cause for spikes in performance which also helps in data validation
  • Share best practices across regions to help the business grow
  • Distribute the scorecard with trend charts and key findings monthly
  • Collaborate with product, reporting and finance to review monthly product sales performance scorecard, capture findings, trends, root cause based on performance and update the leadership

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, or a related field (3+ years minimum)

  • Proven experience in project management, business, and reporting
  • Strong analytical and data interpretation skills, with proficiency in data analysis tools and a mastery in Excel.
  • Excellent communication skills for leading, facilitating and cross functional collaboration
  • Detail-oriented and proactive problem solver with a passion for data- driven decision-making.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

  • Ability to prioritize assignments, deal with ambiguity, and multi-task within time constraints

  • Ability to resolve issues under tight deadlines
  • Results driven mentality
  • Ability to build relationships and work through challenges with partners
  • Additional Description

    Preferred Qualification:

  • MBA or master's degree
  • Understanding of key Sales & Marketing components (i.e KPIs, 4Ps, test- and-learn, etc.)
  • Understanding of subscription business models
  • Strong business acumen with the ability to execute on data-driven insights
