Principal Accountabilities
In addition to the following Epson's policies and procedures, principle
accountabilities include, but are not limited to:
Manages the timely receipt and processing of returns.
Manages the Stock Balance compliance program.
Creating and maintains work instructions.
Manages the process to identify hardware returned in new condition and
movement to QC for inspection.
Responsible for the physical control and system accuracy of returned
inventory.
Works with Credit, CAS and Sales Operations to ensure noncompliant sales
returns are resolved.
Manages the physical movement of returns inventory into the repair depot.
Manages recovery of unused ink and hardware returns.
Recommends improvements for space utilization within designated areas.
Prepares reports and communicates performance results to team and
management.
Actively supports and executes safety, security and facility maintenance
programs.
Manages dock activity and product flow.
Manages the process to return noncompliant materials to Resellers
Ensures the effective use of warehouse management systems to maximize
efficient use of labor, and meet shipping, inventory, and customer service
goals.
Makes recommendations for the continuous improvement of the system's
utilization.
Ensures team is trained and utilizes Quality Management Systems (ISO
9001-2000) and Environmental Management Systems (ISO 14001)
Ensures systems are continually improving.
Participates in third party audits of the systems.
Responsible for hiring, motivating, evaluating, developing
group/department personnel.
Provides coaching and mentoring to team members.
Advises management and provides recommendations on personnel and problem
issues ( that require escalation).
Manages and leverages relationships with vendors for a specific
product/service (best price, best product, etc).
The starting annual base pay for this role is between USD $70,000 and
$95,000/yr. Please note that this position's salary range may include multiple
levels. The actual base is dependent upon many factors, such as: training,
transferable skills, work experience, business needs and market demands. The
base pay range is subject to change and may be modified in the future.
