The Role
The Assistant Marketing Manager reports to the Manager, Global Digital Marketing Website Optimization.
Responsible for managing the business side of website projects globally
Work with the global brands and international markets to rollout website platform projects while ensuring that each project is scoped appropriately for local relevance, legal and privacy concerns
Responsible to manage the process to create new website platform capabilities
The ideal candidate will understand how to drive project deliverables to completion.
What You'll Do ( Responsibilities)
Consult with global stakeholders and external agencies to lead the identification and design of new features and capabilities for over 200 global websites
Lead requirements, design, and prioritization meetings with key global business stakeholders
Lead cross-functional global brand teams to launch new websites
Partner with information technology professionals to deliver high quality website features
Stay current on industry-wide best practices/trends in digital marketing and digital marketing advancements in the optimization area
Your Skills & Abilities (Required Qualifications)
Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, technology, or closely related field
4 + years' experience with website project management
Extensive knowledge of advancements and trends in web design and capabilities
Understanding of digital media space, including technology platforms
Understanding of coding languages and content management systems, including what their capabilities and limitations are. (i.e., HTML5/CSS3, JS, SQL, AEM 6.x etc.)
Capable of multi-tasking in a fast-paced environment and to remain graceful under pressure
Work effectively with others (peers, direct reports, senior management)
