Hybrid: This position does not require an employee to be on-site full-time to perform most effectively. The employee's role enables them to work at a GM facility or off-site as frequently as needed or desired.

    GM Envolve brings Business to Business (B2B) & Business to Government (B2G) solutions to small, medium and large business organization, focusing on complete end-to-end solutions to help entities meet business goals. You can be a critical member of the marketing team bringing OnStar Business Solutions to GM Envolve's Business and Government customers.


  • Lead marketing efforts for new and innovative projects, such as My Business Account, a comprehensive tool that will help our customers manage their vehicles and assets
  • Assist marketing efforts for GM Envolve and OnStar Business Solutions, a comprehensive suite of connected products aimed at helping our B2B and B2G customers and their connected fleets.
  • Assist marketing efforts for OnStar Vehicle Insights, including branding, marketing strategy, FAQs, creative development, website leadership, communications integration, channel integration (site, email, social, paid), and call center integration
  • Work closely with creative, digital and media agencies
  • Support Sales & Dealer teams with sales materials such as product one pagers, sales enablement materials and manage the distribution and document portal
  • Coordinate OnStar Business Solutions event premiums and event marketing (one pagers, display creative, etc.)
  • Understanding of current product development and trends in areas of expertise
  • Help coordinate input from internal customers to better understand customer needs and/or perceptions
  • Integrate with marketing partners in OnStar Brand, GM Envolve, GM Innovation and regional OnStar Business Solutions teams
  • Create feedback loops across teams to better understand customer needs and/or perceptions
  • Work with Performance Drive Marketing team on data, testing and analytics
  • Oversight of agency contracts, resource scoping and prioritization of projects
  • Manage budgets, including forecasting and annual planning
  • Experience/Education:

  • BA/BS in Business, Marketing, or closely related field required
  • 3-5 years related working experience
  • Proficiency in MS Office skills, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
  • Demonstrated ability to get results and act as a motivator for innovation and change
  • Ability to help manage multiple projects/programs at once for many internal/external partners against tight deadlines
  • Adept at pulling together disparate facts, information, data into a cohesive POV/story
  • Ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams and cultivate support from partners
  • Exhibits a customer focus and drives to customer centric solutions
