We at Volocopter are pioneers in the development of electrical air taxis that take off and land vertically (eVTOLs). We bring Urban Air Mobility to life, by establishing air taxis in addition to current transportation options in megacities globally. Our aim is to offer affordable on-demand air taxi services and save people time by flying them safely to their destination. In 2011 we performed the first-ever piloted flight of a purely electrical multicopter and have since showcased numerous public flights with our full- scale Volocopter (www. volocopter.com).

You are responsible for delivering flawless support to the CRCO and to the teams reporting to the CRCO, dealing with Aircraft Certification, Corporate Compliance, Risk, Quality and Safety Management.

Your mission during this flight:

  • You are the first contact point for all enquiries to the CRCO Office with responsibility for diary, meeting and travel coordination, as well as all other administrative needs.
  • You anticipate needs and proactively plan the day-to-day activities for the CRCO.
  • You support the related teams on organizational matters and for occasional travel and event planning.
  • Managing CRCO's mailbox.
  • Managing all meeting, calendar and travel requirements for the CRCO.
  • Efficient and reliable management of sensitive documents.
  • Together with the Executive Assistant managing the Risk-and Certification department's organizational and development agenda, including the departments ‘agile' management rhythm.
  • Occasional travel and event planning for the CRCO section.
  • Check in your professional skills:

  • Minimum three years' work experience in an administration office
  • Minimum one year experience in the aviation / aerospace industry
  • Business fluent English and German, both written and spoken, coupled with strong communication skills across all organizational levels
  • Administrative Qualification or Bachelor's Degree
  • You are an organizational talent, combined with an efficient, solution- oriented and precise way of working.
  • You can work independently, responsibly and reliably and can adapt flexibly and calmly to different situations.
  • You possess a friendly, open personality with a "get it done" attitude. You are reliable, discreet and able to work under pressure.
