Remote: This position does not require the employee to be on-site full- time to perform most effectively. The Employees role enables them to work off- site on a permanent basis. This is a remote position.

The Assistant Manager of acquisition & loyalty performance is responsible for increasing the OBS Subscriber base through Advisor, Dealer, CRM and Digital channels. Using analytics and understanding key performance indicators, this person will develop initiatives, motivate a cross-functional team to execute them, and manage and measure performance.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the acquisition, loyalty and retention sales strategies for the OnStar Business Solutions Sales team to help grow our overall business
  • Gain a deep understanding of the GM subscription model (how we make money)
  • Use data and analytics to drive business decisions
  • Create and execute countermeasures designed to hit monthly and annual forecast goals
  • Partner with channel (advisor, dealer, CRM & digital) partners to monitor and drive performance through the respective channels
  • Effectively communicate state of the business through presentations that focus on performance, key initiatives, countermeasures, etc.
  • Partner with the dealer, account management & advisor channel teams to identify retention initiatives
  • Partner with the CRM and Campaign Management Teams to drive growth
  • Be a liaison to the CX organization for solutioning IT issues affecting sales and customer experiences through all applicable channels
  • Come up with test strategy (‘ What to test' mindset) that includes customer experience, advisor experience, call flow, scripts, goals, measurement process and reports
  • Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, sales & marketing, communications, or applicable professional experience (3+ years minimum)
  • Ability to prioritize assignments, deal with ambiguity, and multi-task within time constraints
  • Leadership skills to manage in a complex environment
  • Microsoft Suite (Word, PPT, Excel) and other GM applications
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Ability to resolve issues under tight deadlines
  • Results driven mentality
  • Ability to motivate and inspire cross functional teams to meet common business goals
  • Ability to build relationships and work through challenges with partners
  • Preferred Qualifications:

  • MBA or Master's Degree
  • Understanding of key Sales & Marketing components (i.e., KPIs, 4Ps, test- and-learn, etc.)
  • Understanding of subscription business models
  • Strong business acumen with the ability to execute on data-driven insights
