Description

- Support the follow-up of the routines pertinent to the operation of the Restaurants. - Elaborate the work scales for the services of hygiene, coffee- breaks and support to the Board of Directors. - Lead the work teams in the execution of daily tasks and / or routines. - Provide support in the accompaniment in the services of Distribution of Meals, Coffee, Coffee Breaks, Events and Board. - Execute the monthly inventory of utensils used in the Restaurants. - Support the operations of receiving and storing materials in the warehouse. - Support coordination / supervision over nonconformities related to the operation. - Request service orders (OS's) for maintenance in order to preserve and operate the kitchen equipment, as well as maintenance of buildings and other facilities (dining rooms, locker rooms, chambers, etc.). - Follow the internal and contracted maintenance services according to execution schedule. - Guide and monitor the development of work teams. - Conduct team performance evaluation to promote the personal and professional development of employees - Conduct Security meetings. - Perform registration of electronic satisfaction survey, rest ingestion, clean leftovers and quantity of meals. - Carry out the planning of foodstuffs (stock, perishables and non-perishables). - Provide mentorship whenever necessary to the process of receiving, conferring and storing products destined for Restaurants, according to hygiene and sanitary regulations in force. - Orient and train the operational team on the application of hygiene standards and food handling, according to the Manual of Good Practices and Standard Operating Procedures (POPs). - Contribute to the work teams aligning with the operational procedures, as well as the rules of safety and ergonomics in the workplace.
