Description

The Staff Business Planner for Manufacturing will have as her/his main responsibilities to:

  • Coordinate Manufacturing Staff meetings for Plant Executive Directors, Manufacturing Awards and Manufacturing Activities.
  • Will generate presentations for Manufacturing Director to participate at Senior Leaders Forums.
  • Ensure OpEx governance, coordinate plant council.
  • You will organize and participate at the Steering Committees, in which the Directors discuss key strategic issues.
  • One of your main challenges will be to interact with several different departments, such as Sales, Finance, Environmental, Supply Chain to align and discuss Key Metrics (MEI&Scorecard) impacting Manufacturing operations.
  • You will indirect lead business Planners responsible for Account Champion, guide them to look for opportunities.
  • Monitor departmental fleet with the shops;
  • Be responsible for coordinating visits to the plant from GM Representatives and external visitors such as Public Officials.
  • Maintain awareness of processes standards.
  • Participate in strategic goals discussions.
  • Build and maintain good working relationships with employees, union and stakeholders.
  • This position will expose you to other regions, in which you will need to interact with professional on a Global basis.

    Additional Description

    Knowledge/Education:

    University degree, preferably Engineering.

    Fluent English Level.

    Spanish is desirable.
