  • Supports to administrate all the Central Office assigned, unassigned and supplementary vehicles
  • Supports to perform the end to end process for large volume internal sales to employees and dealer auctions
  • Supports to administrate process for plating
  • Provide customer support for employees
  • Supports to deliver corporate cards to employees and to the other GMM locations
  • Supports to administrate antilaundering and REPUVE reports for Headquarters sales
  • Supports to administrate invoices for Maintenance and manage dealer relationships
  • Monitor and maintain vehicle inventory levels
  • Ensure adherence to all CVO policies and programs
  • Additional Description

    Responsable de:

    -Administrar la flota vehicular del centro de trabajo

    -Administración de todos los vehículos asignados, no asignados y complementarios del centro de trabajo -Realizar el proceso E2E para ventas internas a empleados y subastas de distribuidores -Soporte para administrar el proceso de blindaje -Proporcionar atención al cliente para los empleados. -Soporte para entregar tarjetas corporativas a empleados y a las demás sedes de GMM -Soporte para administrar reportes antilavado y REPUVE para venta -Admite la administración de facturas de PDI y mantenimiento y la gestión de las relaciones con los distribuidores -Supervisar y mantener los niveles de inventario de vehículos -Garantizar el cumplimiento de todas las políticas y programas de CVO

    Requisitos:

    - Ser un estudiante activo de formación académica superior (semestre o cuatrimestre) Graduación Verano 2024 o posterior

    - Contar con un nivel intermedio conversacional de inglés

    - Seguro facultativo vigente

    -Licencia de conducir
