Description

As the Brand Manager you will be responsible to develop the brands strategy, plan the necessary marketing & advertising initiatives (Offline & Digital). You will be the point of contact between GM, dealer and agency partners for all offline and online advertising communication as required for vehicle launches, product life cycle sustainer campaigns, creative optimization and tactical in-market creative development. As well as to develop offline, online and branded communication strategies to grow the brand's opinion/consideration/intention amongst the target audience. In addition to plan, develop and implement the annual brand advertising and the media plan that support the annual brand promotional priorities. The role is also responsible for ensuring brand advertising is well managed and adheres to brand guidelines. Contribute to seeding the accurate brand message across the global organization, dealerships, media outlets, agencies, etc.

Other responsibilities include:

  • Develop brands strategy, plan the necessary marketing & advertising initiatives (Offline & Digital) and implement them to achieve market share.
  • Work closely with Dealer for brand development, strategy, launch preparation, advertising and promotional activities.
  • Ensure integration of all elements of marketing mix to drive impactful marketing campaigns.
  • Develop marketing briefs that give focused direction to team/agencies to develop effective campaigns that build equity and drive results.
  • Support annual media planning process in line with available budgets
  • Knowledge and application of the latest brand CI and guidelines.
  • Manage Creative and Media agencies.
  • Conduct effective plans for exhibitions participation; manage the execution of all activations
  • Study market trends and consumer preferences to understand and specify customer expectations
  • Maintain monthly digital calendar, drive high engagement content & achieve social media KPIs
  • Monitor the online sentiment and communicate the voice of the customer to the ICare team.
  • Regular training for social media moderators ensuring their proper knowledge of the brand.
  • Update Chevrolet Egypt website with all new launches and necessary updates
  • Regional & Global:

  • Align regularly with regional and global teams on product launches, campaigns and website updates utilizing content of regional assets
  • Knowledge and Experience:

  • Good understanding of the Marketing & Sales process at an Automotive OEM or related field
  • Good understanding of consumers and trends in Egypt
  • Awareness of the latest trends in marketing, advertising and media.
  • Work experience at a marketing agency is an advantage
  • Education:

  • Bachelor degree in Marketing/Business Administration or equivalent experience
  • Minimum 5-6 years of marketing communications experience (automotive preferred)
