Come join the BrightDrop finance team as the leader of the Brightdrop budget and forecasting team. We are seeking a dynamic leader who wants to help BrightDrop deliver a carbon free future. You will need to partner with all areas within brightdrop and GM monthly to update forecasts provide variance explanations along with developing yearly budgets. You'll also lead the development of our SAP cloud implementation into a world class application.

Core Responsibilities:

  • Manage BrightDrop's full P&L and cash flow for vehicle and non-vehicle businesses
  • Manage the FP&A team and oversee monthly actuals/forecast analysis and financial variance explanations
  • Drive the results for budget and forecast with business partners
  • Approval and Review of spend/purchase requests facilitation throughout the month
  • Review and analyze new contracts for financial impacts
  • Manage business partners, customers and supplier relationships
  • Development of our standalone SAP Cloud ERP implementation for BrightDrop
  • Oversee the development of business requirements for Finance regarding sales, software as a service, purchasing, manufacturing, and product development
  • Ad hoc analysis/projects

    Minimum Qualifications:

  • 5+ Years' experience in a similar role
  • Experience leading a team of talented and experienced direct reports
  • Bachelor's degree in related field
  • Excellent communication skills-written and verbal
  • System Development or Systems Implementation of SAP
  • Preferred Qualifications:

  • Masters degree
