Job Description:
BrightDrop is looking to add an Assistant CRM & Community Manager to our growing team. You would collaborate with our current Global Marketing Automation & Community team, the Brand team, and other business stakeholders to create meaningful digital campaigns promoting our products and elevating our brand. The ideal candidate will have 4 years of experience in a CRM role or social role with experience creating, executing and measuring campaigns, knowledge of salesforce, Marketing Cloud Account Engagement (Pardot), social platforms, Adobe suite, and be willing to travel.
Responsibilities:
Candidate must be a collaborative team player who can take direction andexecute against it with little assistance, as well as work independently to generate new content and support campaign creation. This person will be responsible for assisting in some content creation, and support on the execution of digital campaigns to include gathering metrics and pulling together insights. Additionally, the assistant manager will be tasked with the support of multi-channel content planning and development for email, text, and social.
The ideal candidate will have a foundational knowledge of creative development, CRM, and an understanding of campaign building. Success in this role will involve close collaboration with brand, digital, and various BrightDrop stakeholders.
Essential Skills:
Support our overall brand and go-to-market strategy
Support campaign management, deliver metrics
Support day-to-day planning and execution of BrightDrop Customer Relationship Management (CRM), creative, asset design, and data integration
Support thought leadership for email campaigns, 1:1, text message marketing, QR Code, and partnership
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to foster innovation based on consumer insights, customer needs, and social media best practices
Qualifications/Requirements:
Bachelor's degree required
4 years of experience in Advertising, Media or Marketing.
CRM experience (Salesforce preferred)
Demonstrated ability to evaluate and provide thoughtful creative feedback
Strong understanding of the ever-changing digital ecosystem and a curiosity for new approaches and technology
Excellent communication, presentation, organization, and project management skills
Proven cross-team collaboration
A self-starter with the ability to think strategically and develop creative solutions

Work location: Hybrid or Remote - the responsibilities of this position can be accomplished through a combination of in-office and offsite, away from primary work location in Detroit, MI or Atlanta, GA.
