Job Description
Responsibilities:
Provide operational support for Product and Engineering through customer
research, Q&A, customer requirements definition, functional (product)
requirements definition, troubleshooting, coordination, and documentation.
Understand, define, and map out business process flows, decision, and
interaction points to understand gaps, needs, and requirements.
Support Product Managers in defining technical product requirements based
upon the defined outcome, customer problem, and scope for both major and
minor releases.
Engage directly with internal and external stakeholders to understand
problems, outcomes, and customer/market requirements and translate them
into functional Product requirements.
Document the User Stories along with Acceptance Criteria into Jira
Active participation in Solution Review meetings
Proactive involvement in Scrum Ceremonies like Backlog grooming, Sprint
Planning, Daily Scrum, Sprint Review and Retrospective.
Study, analyze and respond to product related inputs from Customers.
Analyze, organize, and author easy to understand requirements that can be
understood by internal and external stakeholders (incl. Product,
Engineering, Field Teams, and customers) and are easily executed against.
Validate requirements solve the customer problem and will deliver the
intended outcome through review with internal and external stakeholders.
Analyze existing solution setup, configuration, and underlying structure
(Database, Stored Procedures) to understand existing behavior and make
recommendations on solutions and requirements.
Create compelling mixed media documentation (short form video, written
documentation, PPT, etc.) of new and existing solutions (incl.
background and benefit, solution configuration, best practices) via the
release process or as part of an ongoing documentation initiative.
Support the successful delivery of small-to-medium scale projects such as
Product Health and Monthly Releases
Support Product Management Continuous Improvement initiatives
Articulate the customer value of the solution and individual releases.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree
2+ years of experience, preferably within software organization(s)
