  • Controlar el presupuesto contribucional de logística de la región Pacífico, para las áreas de Supply Chain, Logística y Estrategia Logística
  • Dar seguimiento, cuantificar y alertar a las áreas involucradas de los impactos financieros de las amenazas y oportunidades en la cadena logística
  • Apoyar a liderazgo, generando reportes para dar visibilidad del performance, riesgos, amenazas y oportunidades de Supply Chain, Logística y Estrategia Logística
  • Actualizar y llevar el control de los costos unitarios de los vehículos SUP y CKD de la región Pacífico
  • Monitorear las capacidades contratadas en navieras y patios, y alertar a las áreas involucradas
  • Apoyar a PPM, compras, finanzas en la elaboración de Business Case, dando el input de los costos logísticos de futuros programas
  • Llevar el control de los diferentes KPI del área
  • Ser el vínculo entre GPSC Finance, GBS y logística para el correcto costeo y proyección de costos logísticos
