Job Description

Role Summary:

What you will do :

  • Support specified SAP Tier 2 processes.

  • Identify areas for data quality improvements and help resolve data quality problems through the appropriate process improvements while using ServiceNow for incident and item request resolutions.

  • Analyze problems received as end user incidents and item requests and determine root causes.

  • Identify new potential process improvement opportunities.

  • Demonstrate an informed knowledge of required departments to support.

  • Collaborate with individuals outside of SAP Tier 2 team members, to identify opportunities for process improvements.

  • Update the Knowledge Base (KB) documentation for training new associates and end users on the information required to be entered into incidents and item requests.

  • Update the process support documentation (Runbooks) for assisting team members on how to implement the specified process.

  • Provide support to the organizations, departments that operate the various SAP Modules.

  • Demonstrate the ability to individually select, own, and accomplish the workload.

  • Partner with our teams to assist users with any issues, understand customer needs, and communicate solutions to the users.

  • You will report into the IAM Team Leader

  • Essentials- You will have

  • Bachelor's Degree or related years of experience.

  • Legal authorization to work in the US is required. We will not sponsor individuals for employment visas, now or in the future, for this job opening.

  • The Preferred- You may also have:

  • Minimum 5 years of work experience

  • Experience and familiarity with the ServiceNow Application or any ITSM (IT service management) tool.

  • Experience and familiarity with SAP or any Enterprise resource planning (ERP) system.

  • Analytical mindset with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with detail and accuracy

  • Experience with Agile development and SCRUM/Kanban methodologies.

  • An ability to explain technical information to non-technical people.

  • Good understanding of business

  • Ability to distill information from disparate data sources and the capability to tell the story behind it, as well as recommendations for next steps.

  • Pick up new technologies with changing business requirements.

  • Comfortable leading change in areas outside of subject matter expertise, and help builds the ability in others.

  • Collaborate within various IT, business capability teams, and business stakeholders to achieve maximum business value.

  • Accepts additional challenges and tasks that will help grow in this role and prepare for future roles.
