Campaigns & Events Manager, ABB Process Automation (PA) Business Area

In this role you will be responsible to lead planning and execution for
campaigns and events that position and promote PA. This includes project
management of all facets of such activities, such as planning, scheduling,
team building, meeting management, supplier identification and engagement,
budget creation and compliance, and post-activity follow-up.
Your responsibilities
Align and develop campaign and event communications with external and
internal stakeholders, specifically collaborating with PA division- and
function-responsible colleagues (e.g., business, communications,
marketing, product, sales, etc.).
Work with PA marketing and communications managers to align such
activities to strategic business commitments.
Identify, scout, propose, attend, and track in-person and virtual events
as needed to promote PA products and services to key target audiences,
adjusting as business priorities, market conditions or offering delivery
targets change.
Learn, manage, develop, deploy, and teach campaign, project and event
management processes and best practices to ensure continuous efficiency
and improvement.
Estimate and plan resources required for assigned campaigns and identified
events, developing, proposing, or rationalizing budget and people as
business needs require.
Maintain a macro view of all campaigns and events for all PA divisions and
functions.
Identify and utilize appropriate sales, marketing, and communications
technologies to efficiently plan and execute campaigns and events as
needed.
Develop campaign and/or event kits as needed for customization by PA
division and country marketing and communications personnel.
Develop analytics and metrics to measure performance of campaign and event
activities, and ensure business commitments are met and continuously
improved.
Do whatever else is required by PA communications management.
