The role reports to the Production Supervisor and is located in Hackettstown, New Jersey. As a Cell Support Lead – Switchgear 1st shift, responsibilities include training, guidance, and support of all activities of a team of employees for the purpose of achieving production goals while ensuring Safety and Quality. Cell Support Lead must have the ability to operate all equipment within their work area and have a general knowledge of technical skills and processes to support the production/assembly floor. Cell Support Lead is a supportive function and is expected to adhere to a set of behaviors exhibiting approachability, professionalism, patience, and mutual respect. Shift Time: 6:00 am – 2:30pm (hours may vary)
