The Americas Channel Marketing team is hiring a Channel Marketing Manager to support our growing business across key US retailers. Our ideal candidate has the right mix of critical thinking skills, creative problem solving and relevant online/offline marketing and merchandising experience.

In this high-visibility role, you'll work closely with Sales, Product Management and Global Marketing to develop marketing strategies that align with the organization's goals. You'll then partner with retail partners to bring that vision to life. This role presents an opportunity to showcase and grow your e-commerce skills and brick-and-mortar merchandising experience with an exciting brand that's changing customers' lives for the better.

What you will do:

  • Lead channel marketing strategy for assigned region(s) in support of promotional activity, new product launches, etc.
  • Serve as iRobot brand steward across omnichannel retailer touchpoints
  • Develop, execute and report on digital marketing campaigns in support of regional sales goals
  • Manage core and enhanced content for retailer websites to ensure content is kept current, updating as needed
  • Lead in-store merchandising from design to execution - work with Global Marketing, creative agencies, display manufacturers and retail partners to ensure best-in-class brick and mortar shopper experiences
  • Lead Annual Marketing Planning process to set goals, track progress and measure outcomes
  • To be successful, you will have:

  • BA/BS degree in Marketing or related field
  • 3-5 years of Channel Marketing experience
  • Experience across digital marketing tactics & associated KPIs, reporting & analysis (required)
  • Experience leading in-store merchandising & space planning from design phase through execution (required)
  • Prior experience with a consumer brand, working with retailers such as Amazon, Best Buy and Costco preferred
  • Ability to work well independently and collaboratively with all levels of an organization
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize multiple projects in a dynamic, fast-moving environment
  • Experience writing creative briefs with strong voice of the customer
  • Experience using web content portals and/or retailer systems preferred (e.g. Syndigo CXH)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • English language fluency
  • Experience with Microsoft Office suite of programs: Incl. Outlook, Word, Excel & PowerPoint
