Montar e liderar a execução, alinhado com os demais times (internos) de marketing - conteúdo e produto -, do plano de comunicação digital da marca.
Promover alinhamento entre os times de CRM & Loyalty, Platforms, BI e Media para garantir a melhor execução possível da estratégia de cada campanha (awarenss, conversão, influenciadores...) da marca no meio online.
Definir o papel de cada canal (cada rede social, Google display, Google Search, influenciadores...) na comunicação digital da marca.
Montar e aprovar um plano de negócios para o programa de fidelidade da marca.
Definir junto com as agências o formato e a estratégia de funcionamento desse programa, assim como todas as suas etapas de improvement.
Montar, junto com as agências e o time (interno) de conteúdo da marca, uma estratégia de comunicação desse programa.
Requisitos mandatórios:
Formação em Comunicação/Publicidade/Propaganda/Marketing.
Idiomas: português nativo e inglês avançado.
Experiência essencial em Comunicação (empresa e/ou agência) e desejável em CRM/Loyalty.
Conhecimento em campanhas de comunicação online (mandatório) e offline (desejável).
Requisitos adicionais:
Curiosidade/interesse em comunicação digital de diferentes mercados, desde campanhas de awareness até de conversão, com uso ou não de influenciadores.
Visão/entendimento do funil completo de conversão do consumidor, desde awareness, passando por plataformas (site, WhatsApp...), até conversão e posteriormente loyalty (CRM, programa de fidelidade...).
