Diablo/Freud Tools is looking for an energetic, go-getter and creative community engagement specialist to drive digital demand, engagement and conversions for our Freud Tools brand. You bring up to three years experience in innovative social content creation and social campaign execution.     Job Description

    The community engagement specialist understands the importance of building digital relationships, keeping the conversation going, resolving issues, and designing exciting content that encourages engagement and click through. You are familiar with and bring up to three years of working experience with organic and paid social campaigns, managing a predefined social budget, optimization and reporting on ROI. You are comfortable being the “digital voice of the brand.” You enjoy collaborating with marketing leadership and are a contributing member of the community engagement team working together to execute plans according to predefined strategies.

  • Coordinates day-to-day activities on Freud Tools' social channels (not limited to, Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, TikTok, etc.)
  • Foster engagement and community growth across Freud Tools' social platforms and website by responding to comments, engaging in conversation, and proactively encouraging conversations
  • Create, curate, and manage exciting content for Freud Tools' social channels, including UGC and company created content (UGC, images, video, promotions and written)
  • Build, maintain and evolve relationships with existing and new influencers & brand/social loyalists
  • Perform research across all social platforms to support marketing goals/objectives (end-user, competitive, new product launches, overall brand presence)
  • Analyze, review, and report monthly in an effort to maximize results; translate anecdotal or qualitative data into recommendations and plans for revising/optimizing social media efforts
  • Coordinate with communications/community engagement team, manage social advertising spend; estimate and track ROI versus anticipated and actual results
  • Other tasks as needed to support growth of communications/community engagement team
  • Qualifications
  • Must be willing to work in the office on a predefined hybrid work schedule, flexibility with schedule will be required to fit business needs
  • Previous experience with power tool accessories or cutting tools is required
  • 1-3 years of working experience in creating and managing social media campaigns (organic & paid)
  • Experience working within a predefined budget and reporting on ROI
  • Understanding of all relevant social reputation utilities, social media best practices, social trends, SEO & SEM
  • Demonstrable knowledge and understanding of social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, TikTok, etc.) and how each platform can be used in different scenarios
  • Must demonstrate strong editorial judgment and exceptional writing skills
  • Direct experience with analyze the success of social media campaigns, audience behavior, trends, etc.; able to extract meaning from data and use this to optimize both current approach and future programs
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication and presentation skills
