Facilitar a orientação e consultoria para garantir que os objetivos mensais / anuais de vendas e serviços sejam atingidos
Rastrear Índice de Satisfação do Cliente da concessionária (CSI) ) ou outros recursos de feedback do cliente para identificar e solucionar deficiências
Acompanhar o índice de satisfação do cliente (CSI) da concessionária ou outros recursos de feedback do cliente para identificar e solucionar deficiências ou oportunidades
Ajudar no lançamento de produtos para garantir agilidade marketing e publicidade entre revendedor, IAMs e GM
Monitorar o treinamento de pessoal e garantir a conformidade com os requisitos / objetivos da GM
Auxiliar no gerenciamento de inventário, incluindo veículos e veículos. pedido de peças ou equilíbrio de estoque
Analisar as vendas dos revendedores, o mercado local e a concorrência para identificar oportunidades de receita
Aumentar as vendas de veículos e peças GM a seus clientes
Ajudar o cliente na resolução de problemas
Requisitos:
Formação superior completa, preferencialmente em: Administração, Marketing, Publicidade e Propaganda ou áreas relacionadas;
Experiência na área comercial, no atendimento a franquias ou Dealers.
Experiência no atendimento a empresas do segmento automotivo (montadoras ou auto peças) será um diferencial;
Bons conhecimentos do pacote Office (Excel, Word, Powerpoint) e Power BI.
Desejável Inglês Intermediário;
Habilidade numérica;
Mobilidade e disponibilidade para viagens;
Disponibilidade para residir em Campo Grande/MS.
