As a Content Marketing Manager for Chile, Paraguay, Uruguay, Bolivia and Peru & Marketing Lead for Chile, Paraguay, Uruguay and Bolivia based in Santiago/CHI, you will be responsible for building long-term brand image as well as the result of medium and short-term strategies and actions for its brands and vehicles, based on research, data and insights. Supporting retail performance so market share targets and sales conversion targets are accomplished. Should work by aligning and engaging other areas of the company, regionally and locally, as well as other marketing functions in business priorities and marketing objectives.
Responsibilities:
Drive the vision and strategies for communicating Chevrolet brands and products based on relevant insights for different target consumers.
Responsible for the content agency execution, recommending and defending communication approaches to company local leadership and dealer network based on deep understanding of local consumer.
Lead market as local Marketing Lead reporting to local commercial director representing all marketing disciplines and ensuring all local targets, needs, strategies and initiatives are being executed by the regional team synchronized with regional timing and local relevance.
Recommend and present marketing solutions for local/regional leadership and other areas as requested.
Responsible for growing Chevrolet brand and its products.
Responsible for product launch, sustain and retail communication actions and performance results.
Responsible for leading campaigns that drive traffic to the market's sales channels (digital, retail and fleets) so monthly sales objectives by nameplate are achieved.
Conduct market research to ensure assertiveness and technical background for communication strategies and actions.
Produce assertive and impactful presentations and reports for company leadership and supporting local meetings with dealers.
Manage relationships with various local agencies and strategic partners.
Ensure company relevance in the local marketing and communication industry.
Manage internal cross-functional staff and agencies to meet deadlines.
Develop and lead the high-performance content marketing team in the managed markets and indirectly other local marketing teams.
Essential Qualifications / Requirements:
Education: Degree in advertising, marketing, business administration or related
Experience: Solid experience in advertising in with large companies, focused on the final customer, be it industry, commerce or service.
Proven experience in brand building and short-term business results achievement.
Experience in managing annual budget allocation of over US$ 10M.
Experience in direct team leadership and indirect leadership experience in matrix structures in the region.
Direct experience in other business disciplines, such as product or retail management.
Fluent in English & Spanish. Portuguese is appreciated.
Availability to work in our offices located in Santiago, Chile.
Availability to travel internationally 1 week per month.
Preferred Qualifications
MBA, Postgraduate in Marketing, BI, Digital or related
Experience in the auto industry
Digital marketing and media knowledge
