Como Controlador de Procesos en General Motors, el principal desafío de la posición será controlar la calidad de la planta de pintura a través de la realización de pruebas, ensayos y validación de los procesos de la planta, ser parte activa en la solución de problemas, planear e implementar acciones que nos permitan ser la mejor planta de pintura en G.M Suramérica. Usando como base el Sistema Global de Manufactura (GMS) y el Sistema de Gestión de Seguridad (WSS).
Requisitos:
Formación: Graduado como Técnico, Tecnólogo, Ingeniero Químico y/o afines o estudiante de últimos semestres. Deseable en áreas relacionadas con Manufactura, industria Automotriz o afines.
Experiencia mínima 1 año en pretratamiento de sistemas de pintura.
Microsoft Office: Nivel Intermedio.
Inglés: Básico.
Deseable conocimiento de GMS, Manejo de herramientas de solución de problemas, Conocimiento técnicos de procesos realizados en la planta pintura, Manejo de herramientas estadísticas.
Disponibilidad para trabajar presencialmente en nuestra planta ubicada en Bogotá, Colombia.
