O Projeto Dealer 4.0 tem como objetivo modernizar a experiência de compra em nossos dealers, reduzindo fricção ao longo da jornada e melhorando todas as variáveis deste processo: processo de compra, os pontos de vendas e as pessoas. Coordenador do Dealer 4.0 será responsável por gerencial o projeto para toda a Rede de Concessionárias da Região iniciando com o Brasil e depois conectando com os 9 mercados que fazem parte da GM América do Sul.

Atividades:

- Coordenar as iniciativas atuais e novas do projeto Dealer 4.0

- Coordenar reuniões e discussões com todas as áreas envolvidas: time de campo, área de Vendas, CCA, Universidade Chevrolet, Marketing, CX, Finanças, Jurídico, Compliance, Tributário, GMF e nosso Diretores Executivos.

- Análise do mercado e de macro-tendências (como EVs, IA, Internet das Coisa, Omnicanalidade) e avaliando novo perfil do consumidor

- Assegurar integração dos projetos de Front-End com o projeto Dealer 4.0

- Gerenciar o orçamento, projeto de compras e apresentações para áreas internas e externas, como a Rede de Concessionárias.

Target : Disseminar o projeto para toda a Rede de Concessionárias da Região (piloto atualmente com 30 grupos no Brazil).

Additional Description

Qualificações

  • Graduação completa em Administração de Empresas, Marketing, Engenharia ou outras áreas similares

  • MBA em áreas relacionadas ao Business

  • Mandatória fluência no idioma Inglês;

  • Desejável Espanhol Intermediário

  • Experiência com Gestão de Projetos

  • Experiência com Customer Experience (CX)

  • Mandatória experiência na área de comercial, seja na área de Vendas, pos vendas, planejamento, etc.

  • Atuação com Rede de Concessionárias ou gerenciamento de processos será um diferencial

  • Conhecimento de metodologias ágeis e habilidade com Design Thinking será um diferencial

  • Habilidades e Competências:

  • Orientação para ação, Trabalho em equipe, Habilidade de apresentação, Pensamento Analítico e Foco em Resultados

  • Foco no cliente, Gerenciamento do tempo e processos.
