Job Description
Reporting to both the Art and Creative Director, the Creative Producer provides direction for activities involved in developing and producing audio/visual content and features to be delivered by web, broadcast, streaming or other media forms. In this role, one demonstrates experience in both online and social media as well as live event video production, producing branded content, online teaser & social campaigns, internal corporate communications, live event opening sequences, performance visuals, animations/mixed media and event highlight films. The Creative Producer sits within the Creative Department and be involved in all stages of production, helping to manage and oversee project from concept to completion.
Position Responsibilities
Develop and execute short and long form video/mixed media content for use in a variety of marketing channels
Drive pre-production, production and post-production processes for developing content
Work and collaborate with key stakeholders to make well-informed, creative decisions
Manage internal and external resources. Identify, negotiate and book external resources, as needed
Ensure all clients' needs are heard, understood and addressed in a timely manner. Providing clear client communications regarding roles and responsibilities, scope, budget, schedules, and status/action items
Attend & present weekly project status meetings
Incorporate mixed media trends, including motion graphics and graphic design into video productions
Act as backup creative on overflow projects such as advertisements, web banners and other 2D graphics projects

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills & Experience)
Vocational and/or Technical training in Film and Digital Media, in addition to High School diploma or GED is required or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience
5 - 8 years of related professional experience
Demonstrated experience producing impactful, quality brand content and is highly proficient in Adobe After Effects, with proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro and Photoshop software
Demonstrates strong project management skills and manages/prioritizes multiple tasks simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines
Ability to travel to demonstrations, events, trade shows, and other activations (up to 25%)
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills & Experience)
Experience in 3D modeling and animation software such as Cinema 4D
Demonstrates an affinity for storytelling and is a natural Creative
Demonstrates advanced knowledge of video file formats and file delivery systems and is familiar with video production techniques as well as current filming equipment
Able to excel in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment, where small teams share a broad variety of duties
Displays strong initiative and drive to accomplish goals and meet company objectives
Takes ownership and responsibility for current and past work products
Is committed to learning from mistakes and driven to improve and enhance performance of oneself, others, and the company

Physical Demands
Able to work in an office environment (Constant)
Able to carry and move various production equipment up and video/photography gear up to 25lbs. (Occasional)
Required to, stand, sit; talk, hear, and use hands and fingers to operate a computer and telephone keyboard (Frequent)
Special Requirements
U.S. Citizen or U.S. Permanent Resident (Green Card holder), per ITAR definition
Ability to travel to demonstrations, events, trade shows, and other activations (up to 25%)
The salary range for this role is:
$90,838 - $136,257
