El equipo de marketing trabaja para generar una impresión duradera entre los consumidores y mejorar las ventas de productos y la participación en el mercado a través de una mayor lealtad y percepción de la marca.

Definición de estrategia de campañas CRM junto con agencias considerando campañas relacionales y transaccionales, con el fin de crear contenido de valor a los clientes de la marca Chevrolet en las distintas etapas del ciclo de vida y de incrementar las ventas provenientes desde el canal.

Revisar reportes de campañas para mejorar los KPI's de CRM.

Garantizar la comunicación de todos los frentes del negocio, Posventa, Onstar, Financieras etc así como también el mejor canal para comunicar (mail, sms, whatsapp)

Diseñar la jornada completa del cliente una vez recibe la comunicación y trabajar a la par con áreas como Sitios Web, Plataformas Digitales, Shopping Tools, Retail y Ventas.

Garantizar el respeto de la política de privacidad de información de nuestros clientes.

Trabajo en sinergia junto con agencias proveedoras de gestión, creación e implementación para los servicios de CRM.

Control del presupuesto de CRM.

Formación en: Marketing, Publicidad, Marketing Digital (herramientas y medios digitales),

Experiencia en: CRM, Marketing

Manejo de Base de Datos.

Conocimiento en programas de fidelización,

Creación de contenido

Alto nivel de ingles Nivel

Mane avanzado de herramientas de Microsoft Office (Excel, Power Point, SAP, etc.)

Conceptos básicos de finanzas, estadísticas, ejecución de proyectos.
