Trabajo en conjunto con agencias para diseñar e implementar reglas de comunicación uno a uno (email marketing, sms, notificaciones push etc...) con los consumidores actuales y potenciales nuevos consumidores de la marca..

Alinear la comunicación uno a uno con otras iniciativas de marketing y comunicación de la marca.

Promover la alineación con otros equipos de marketing (internos) para garantizar la mejor ejecución posible de la estrategia para la campaña de CRM de cada marca

Marketing, Publicidad, Marketing Digital (herramientas y medios digitales), CRM, Manejo de Bases de Datos.

Nivel alto de inglés

Nivel avanzado para las herramientas de Microsoft Office (Excel, Power Point, SAP, etc.), Conceptos básicos de finanzas, estadística, proyectos.


Título de tercer nivel en áreas de marketing, administrativas o digital.

Experiencia (al menos 2 años) en Digital y CRM.


Habilidades de comunicación, Influenciar en otros, Manejo de equipo remoto en agencas, Manejo de conflictos, Look ahead.
