Description

Key Responsibilities

•Understand the customer and the market

•Identify short and near-term growth opportunities to drive the product roadmap with your team, align with stakeholders, and track outcomes against OKRs

•Work with cross-functional product and data teams to build forecast models and analyze user engagement metrics across regions and channels

•Influence and execute the product strategy by prioritizing and shaping requirements to reach the right balance between time-to-market and sophistication while contributing to business outcomes

•Monitor product performance through a set of outcome-oriented metrics, integrating data, UX and market research to establish a feedback loop with the team to improve the product

•Contribute to key metrics reporting and present outcomes at management meetings, as well as communicate product growth narrative to internal and external stakeholders and partners

•Define and run tests or experiments to falsify hypothesis

Desired Qualifications

  • 3+ years experience in a product area, technology and/or consulting with a focus on the connected car, or similar use cases
  • Proven track record of shipping product and developing and executing growth strategies for omnichannel customer acquisition and retention
  • Business domain (e-commerce, automotive) and/or technical expertise (software engineering, data) background and the ability to understand and communicate complex solutions
  • Highly skilled analyzing metrics and identifying growth levers with the ability to distill data sets into actionable insights
  • Comfortable dealing with ambiguity and driving initiatives with minimal guidance
  • Excellent communication, collaboration and influencing skills
  • Solid understanding of modern product discovery and agile software delivery
