Job Description

Rockwell is on a mission to build better maintenance teams by connecting customers to the tools, resources, and technology they need to join the future of maintenance. We help our customers drive better outcomes with easy-to-use, AI-driven maintenance software (Fiix), an open ecosystem, pre-built integrations and the industry expertise they need for maintenance success. There are over 3000 maintenance teams in 100+ countries using Fiix to improve communication, asset health, and even sustainability.

You will be report to Sr.Manager- Data Analytics and will work hybrid from Toronto.

Major Responsibilities

  • Perform industry standard data engineering work to support team members' work in reporting and modelling.
  • Collaborate with other members on the team to conduct data science analyses and develop ML models.
  • Design and write production-level code that meets standards for machine learning applications.
  • Perform data formatting and manipulation to ensure data is compatible with machine learning models.
  • Collect and analyze data from diverse internal and external source systems and assess the effectiveness and accuracy of the data.
  • Participate in model prototyping and MLOps in the model builds.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest machine learning techniques and technologies
  • The Essentials- You will have

    · Bachelors or Post-Graduate Degree.

    · Legal authorization to work in the Canada is required. We will not sponsor individuals for employment visas, now or in the future, for this job opening.

    The Preferred – You may have

    · Typically requires 0-1 year's experience.

    · Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Science or Engineering.

    · Master's degree in the above fields or MMAI, MBAN preferred.

    · Experienced in building and deploying ML models on AWS

    · Programming skills in python & SQL, (R as asset).

    · Experience in building data pipelines in a could environment, AWS Redshift.

    · Experience with Github and Terraform.

    · Familiarity with MLOps.

    · Problem solving and analytical skills.

    · Experience working with AWS Sagemaker.
