Job Description

Position: Data Scientist (Mid/Senior)

We are looking for Data Scientist to join our growing Global Automation and Robotics Center of Excellence located in Katowice. Our CoE supports entire Rockwell organization providing remote automation as a service in such areas like: Finance, Supply Chain, HR, Customer Production Support but also Sales or Manufacturing.   • Design, implement and analyze experiments to improve models and algorithms.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for leveraging data to drive business solutions.

  • Develop and implement statistical models and machine learning algorithms.

  • Evaluate and improve upon existing models and algorithms.

  • Design, develop and maintain data pipelines and data architecture.

  • Communicate findings and insights to stakeholders.

  • Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, or related field.

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in data science, machine learning, or related field.

  • Proficiency in Python.

  • Experience with data visualization tools.

  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.

  • Knowledge of finance-related subjects would be an asset.

  • English min. B2, Polish communicative
