Job Description
Position: Data Scientist (Mid/Senior)
We are looking for Data Scientist to join our growing Global Automation and Robotics Center of Excellence located in Katowice. Our CoE supports entire Rockwell organization providing remote automation as a service in such areas like: Finance, Supply Chain, HR, Customer Production Support but also Sales or Manufacturing. Responsibilities:
Design, implement and analyze experiments to improve models and algorithms.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for leveraging data to drive business solutions.
Develop and implement statistical models and machine learning algorithms.
Evaluate and improve upon existing models and algorithms.
Design, develop and maintain data pipelines and data architecture.
Communicate findings and insights to stakeholders.
Requirements:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, or related field.
Minimum 2 years of experience in data science, machine learning, or related field.
Proficiency in Python.
Experience with data visualization tools.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Knowledge of finance-related subjects would be an asset.
English min. B2, Polish communicative
