Hybrid: This position does not require an employee to be on-site full-time to perform most effectively. The employee's role enables them to work at a GM facility or off-site as frequently as needed or desired. 3 times per/week in the office is required.

The Dealer Website Assistant Product Coordinator provides a key role supporting the Website Assistant Product Manager in managing the day-to-day needs of the GM Dealer Digital Solutions Website Program. They are responsible for website provider management, working cross-functionally with brand and other internal teams to resolve dealer issues, along with managing the execution of T3 website enhancements.

Website Provider Management & Platform Optimization:

  • Ensuring execution of day-to-day website program initiatives, along with managing communications with vendor partners and GM stakeholders on key website platform enhancements and launches
  • Management and facilitation of Dealer escalations with all internal stakeholders and website vendor teams on website platform issues, inventory/pricing or other Dealer related integration issues
  • Maintaining and managing change management processes, working with brand teams, internal GM stakeholders, and website vendors to ensure requests are executed properly on Dealer Website platforms
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with brand partners and Website vendors to execute all model year refreshes and landing pages
  • Providing website vendor oversight to ensure products and services are functioning properly, and consistently meet the needs of the Dealers, customers, and business owners
  • Actively participating in requirements definition with brand and Website provider partners, along with presenting updates to key stakeholders
  • Working with internal stakeholders to provide data-based recommendations for any proposed platform enhancements
  • Supporting Business Review discussions with T3 website providers and leadership
  • Additional Responsibilities:

  • Supporting Go-To-Market (GTM) processes and brand launches, may require after-hours business support
  • Managing Dealer website ticketing system and ensuring dealer issues are being resolved in a timely manner
  • Supporting development of communications to internal stakeholders on website provider enhancements & launches
  • Working closely with the Dealer Performance Team, driving T3 educational opportunities with District Digital Performance Managers and Regional Digital Performance Managers

    Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • 2+ years in digital retail position
  • Working knowledge of digital advertising & marketing (Websites, SEO, SEM, Social, Lead Management/CRM, consumer marketing, etc.)
  • Knowledge of automotive digital provider ecosystem
  • Working knowledge of GM incentives and retail executions
  • The ability to balance competing priorities while maintaining effectiveness in a dynamic, often chaotic environment
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills that involves understanding the audience; getting the message across; presenting information effectively; and communicating openly
  • Self-motivated and able to thrive and multi-task in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent time management skills – the ability to effectively and efficiently use your time to focus on the most impactful activities and challenge those that distract from the identified goal
  • Ability to build strong relationships, become a trusted advisor, and interact with all levels of dealership personnel
  • Ability to influence business partners and work across GM teams
  • Ability to adapt to various levels of dealership digital expertise
  • Skilled in the use of Office products, along with online ticketing systems and CRM systems (i.e. JIRA and Salesforce)
  • Ability to do high-level data analysis, and pinpoint trends
  • Business consulting skills, ability to create action plans and track progress
  • Preferred Qualifications:

  • Dealership/automotive experience
  • Digital retail experience (Dealer BDC or Digital Dealer Tool Provider)
  • Brand digital experience
