The Director Global System Integrators is responsible for driving UR's revenue with our global Certified System Integrators (CSIs) and Certified Solution Partners (CSPs) partners. This continuously growing sales channel covers is fundamental to accelerate the deployment of our Robots and by that to accelerate our growth objectives. You will work with all UR regions on defining the go2market strategy, select the right System Integration partners, further develop and drive our partner program to make sure our System Integration channel will follow our ambitious growth targets.

The Director Global System Integrators will actively drive partner engagement and will built relationship with major System Integration partners on all levels. The individual will actively cooperate with the Regional Presidents and their regional Sales and Support teams to make sure that UR's System Integration partners will be highly satisfied but as well deliver according to our expectations.

The individual will organize all necessary support from the UR Headquarter in Denmark to the regions by building a strong internal network to Senior Mgmt., Product Management, Legal and Finance. You will report into the VP Global Sales Channels. The preferred home office location is in EMEA, e.g. Denmark, Germany or any other country of the European Union. Travel of up to 60% is expected.

To give you an overview of how this affects your role and responsibilities you can look forward to:

  • Drive the Global UR System Integration revenue
  • Manage the complexity of different cultures, sales channels, interest groups, objectives and the global responsibility
  • Optimize the structure and processes according to UR's strategy and required to drive the defined growth of the System Integration network
  • Work in close alignment with HQ functions, Regional Presidents, their teams and your peers in other functions
  • Drive KPIs and action plans to achieve the annual System Integration Sales Budget
  • Identify needed areas of improvement to enable accelerated revenue growth through simplification and / or capacity expansion of the System Integration channel as well as any gaps in market coverage
  • Deploy globally defined commercial tools and programs for use in enhancing System Integration partner relationships and performance management
  • Continuously develop your System Integration sales team and support it to drive for business success and for employee satisfaction

    To be successful in this position we imagine you will come with:

  • Experience in working with direct and indirect customers and channel partners
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in commercial functions
  • Business acumen that can be applied at different levels of decision makers from senior management to technical support
  • Hands-on mentality, take ownership as well on operational tasks
  • Previous experience in industrial automation, solution/project businesses involving highly technical products
  • Experience in digital marketing activities and in converting leads into orders
  • Strong process orientation, preferably including project management experience
  • Ability to communicate effectively, both oral and written.
  • Data driven character, with strong analytical skillset
  • Applicable experience with MS Office, Business Objects and CRM tools, like Salesforce and Microsoft Dynamics
  • Master degree or higher, preferably in sales, marketing or industrial automation
  • Fluent in English, other languages appreciated
