Introduction
iRobot is seeking a Director of Supply Chain Strategy and Compliance to join
our global team. Reporting to the Vice President of Operations and Strategy,
the Director of Strategy will lead our roadmap development across our
manufacturing, sourcing, NPI, logistics, transportation, and quality teams. In
this newly created role, you will advise our leadership team on supply
strategy, long-range planning, and strategic choice for priorities across the
business. In conjunction, you will develop structured strategic framework to
solve business problems, identifying opportunities and optimizing processes.
In this role you will also have the ability to work on special projects
ranging a wide variety of project as well as create our roadmap and strategic
communications.

Qualifications:
10 + years of directly relevant professional experience in Strategy or
Management Consulting
Proven track record of developing and managing teams and improving
efficiencies and effectiveness as well as developing the necessary control
to mange a fast-growing demand
Outstanding leadership skills with the ability to affect change in an
organization utilizing a cross-functional, collaborative approach
Undergraduate degree required; advanced degree such as an MBA, preferred
Highly experienced working in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
