e-Social Brazil Analyst is expected to ensure that all processes are executed appropriately and in a timely manner, be in compliance with government related rules. Execute tasks and controls; seeking for improvements, review and reconcile compliance filings, execute on year-end processes manage responses to external audit requests and manage access to critical systems. Be prepared to ongoing projects, improvements and new deployments.
Responsibilities
Execute daily business objectives and work programs.
Support on monitoring changes on the guidelines.
Assist Payroll / e-Social supervisor/manager to create and overcome results.
Escalate potential service issues to Payroll / e-Social supervisor.
Review and improve standards operational framework.
Train team members on new or enhanced operation procedures and policies if any
Identify process improvement initiatives and support change management process.
Assist and implement a set of quality control measures
Be accountable for ongoing tasks of effective client service relationship with key stakeholders and customers
Qualifications
e-Social/Payroll/HR background experience.
Experience in budget development and management.
Experience in a shared service environment and solid understanding of e-Social/Payroll and HR roles.
Skill to work as real team player

Ability to dealing with issue management and apply problem solving skills.
Put attention to detail and follow through to resolve any outstanding issues.
Strong written and verbal communication skills; appropriately communicates with all levels of customers.
Ability to adapt to changing environment and support of multiple priorities
Knowledge of tax reciprocity rules, accounting, finance and regulations.
Process improvement mindset
Language: English level intermediate/Advanced. Spanish desirable. Portuguese fluent.
Graduate on Accounting, Finance, Adm, Economy, Controllership, Foreign trade or related fields.
