This position is remote with potential travel about 20% of the time to sites.

Our Energy & Water Optimization Leaders interface with various facilities and sites and lead water, energy, and carbon reduction activities. They collaborate with external resources and provide leadership to - Energy Engineers, Energy & Water Optimization leaders, and Analysts, contractors, suppliers, utility companies, and others to enable energy and cost reduction.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Engineering or related field
  • Minimum 5-10 years of experience in Energy or Energy-related field
  • Scope:

  • Lead Energy Engineers in driving strategy and energy reduction opportunities in Manufacturing & Non-Manufacturing space
  • Lead Safety contract management on directly led projects
  • Develop energy/water and cost savings projects & lead/coordinate implementation
  • Lead development of AR, Energy Performance Contracts, E$PI projects for implementation
  • Pursue Utility incentives to support project business cases
  • Provide subject matter expertise in utility systems
  • Boilers, chillers, compressors, and manufacturing processes
  • Cross functional organization engagement to support energy & water reduction target achievement
  • Support public reporting efforts as requested
  • Develop and implement energy and carbon reduction efficiency projects and initiatives in collaboration with facilities.
  • Lead Energy Treasure Hunts at facilities
  • Support energy and water budget and forecast process
  • Lead 50001 ready process with various facilities
  • Perform other related duties for water, energy, and carbon optimization
