As the Material Flow Engineer you are responsible for implementation of the internal material flow optimization projects from the receiving to production lines, going through warehousing, and lean distribution on production lines.

This position supports plans and issue resolution to ensure no or minimal impact to the supply chain.

Required Knowledge, Skills, Experience and Competencies

  • Executing work, you're doing in support of supply chain organization's business objectives.
  • You will provide support of one of the key areas within Supply Chain. Ensure business objectives goals are achieved or exceeded in all areas including customer, quality, service, responsiveness, people, product and financial initiatives.
  • You will be responsible for supporting relationship management and offering support to warehousing/manufacturing and suppliers.
  • Minimum of one year experience in the industrial field, preferred in material handling, supply chain operations/planning, warehousing, production, industrial or manufacturing engineering
  • Bachelor degree in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering, or any related filed
  • Lean-six sigma and/or PMP is a plus
  • Good ability in problem solving and project management techniques
  • Good command of CAD software (AutoCAD and/or inventor, solid works) are preferred
