Nós, da General Motors , estamos buscando uma pessoa para integrar o nosso time, auxiliando nas atividades descritas abaixo. Para isso, você deve:
· Estar regularmente matriculado no curso de: Direito;
· Ter previsão de graduação entre JUN/24 a DEZ/25;
· Ter conhecimento de pacote office, especialmente Excel;
· Inglês intermediário desejável;
· Capacidade de interação com diversas áreas e pessoas nos diversos níveis da companhia;
· Ter disponibilidade para trabalhar em São Caetano do Sul.
Mas, e aí, o que você vai fazer aqui conosco?
Bom, vamos lá:
· Acompanhamento diário de publicações de leis, medidas provisórias, normas e portarias: conferência do Diário Oficial da União, Estados e Municípios sobre novas normas a serem implementadas/modificadas na empresa advindas de lei;
· Pesquisas de artigos e jurisprudências: para apoio aos advogados na solução de casos específicos;
· Acompanhamento de fiscalizações relativas aos órgãos do trabalho;
· Acompanhamento das cotas de aprendizagem e PCDs: este item é relativo a cotas exigidas por lei, que devem ser cumpridas pela empresa;
· Apoio na análise de documentos apresentados por empresas subcontratadas.
