Description

General Motors' Performance Driven Marketing (PDM) team is seeking an individual who can leverage their experience in marketing technology and customer experience design to fill a new role within the Martech Strategy and Solutions team. The Experience Activation Lead will be responsible for designing and scaling personalized and targeted customer experiences within GM's marketing technology by defining use cases and rolling them out across GM's marketing organization. The Experience Activation Lead will champion the delivery of best-in-world customer experiences to deliver campaigns and content that matter for GM's customers.

Responsibilities Include:

  • Development and implementation of use cases focused on personalized and targeted customer marketing experiences
  • Design, execute and optimize personalization experiences within website, CRM, media, and other customer focused marketing channels using cutting edge martech platforms and tools
  • Develop standards and best practices for maintaining customer experiences and offers at each point in the customer lifecycle
  • Be the subject matter expert for marketing customer experience use cases, technology, and strategy
  • Work within a fast-paced team focused on enabling new customer experiences, optimizing toward key metrics, and delivering solutions that can be scaled across organization
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to identify new opportunities for customer experiences
  • Work closely across PDM and GM Marketing to develop operational, measurement, and optimization requirements for new marketing customer journeys and experiences
  • Additional Description
  • 5+ years of relevant business/industry work leading customer experience design, managing marketing campaigns and/or campaign optimization
  • Basic understanding of the marketing ecosystem across each channel (website, CRM, digital media, etc)
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field (Master's preferred)
  • Experience with customer experience design, campaign delivery, segmentation, personalization and offer decisioning platforms (Adobe Experience Cloud preferred – Adobe Experience Platform, Adobe Journey Optimizer, Target, Campaign, Experience Manager, Experience Platform, etc.)
  • Ability to strategize and develop creative solutions to support marketing use cases
  • Comfortable in a fast paced and changing environment
  • Ability to work within an Agile project framework
  • Demonstrated ability to work with cross-functional teams and coordinating resources to deliver projects
  • Compensation:

  • The expected base compensation for this role is: ($86,454 - $141,057). Actual base compensation within the identified range will vary based on factors relevant to the position.
  • Bonus Potential: An incentive pay program offers payouts based on company performance, job level, and individual performance.
